Combining a retro look with a new touch, Daniella Martins succeeds in creating a unique style that can be inventive without excess. Known for her manual skills and creativity, the designer uses plain fabrics to develop exclusive patterns. It´s Daniella herself who trains all the women that do the handwork with her. Since the items are carefully embroidered piece bypiece, they are made in limited numbers.
The stylist´s main creations never have more than five replicas.

Craftsmanship remains at the core of the business, and manufacturing on a large scale is not Daniella`s objective. Her aim is uniqueness, and to achieve this, she uses special fabrics and materials of high quality. Almost anything that comes through Daniella´s eyes can inspire her. In one of her collections, it was an antique chandelier which she saw in a London restaurant,that served as inspiration for a stylish bag. Trips, museums, antique shops, books and films have also been inspirational. Interestingly, Daniella Martins` occupation was related with the financial market only a while ago.

Daniella´s initial experience with fashion began in 1999 when she created her first handbags. Then word-of mouth was followed by an increasing clientele that soon demanded… clothing. In 2003 she started the production of outfits with the same concept and sophistication of the accessories that had made her reputation.

In February 2008 Daniella inaugurated her brand´s charming shop located on bustling Dias Ferreira, one of the most prestigious streets in Rio de Janeiro.
